Working with Pippa has been wonderful. Scheduling a tasting session was easy, and the flavours were delicious. The design process was simple and straightforward. Pippa did a great job turning our abstract vision into a concrete reality by sending over sketches and revised versions based on our feedback. We don't live in Scotland so most of our communication was virtual; despite the distance, Pippa was easy to communicate with and very receptive to our opinions and requirements. The cake turned out beautifully and was just as delicious as the samples. We (and our guests) absolutely loved all three flavours. I couldn't have asked for a better cake for my wedding day!

Pippa made us a fab three tier cake, the top layer was carrot, middle was lemon and bottom tier was fake. The cake looked absolutely amazing! We wanted a more natural look which she absolutely captured! Guests were second guessing themselves wondering if the flowers were real or not. The cake was extremely moist and tasted great! Pippa made our wedding cake in July 2022. She was so accommodating with 2 changes of dates due to covid. We had a lovely consultation with her where she drew out our idea and produced a cake exactly like we wanted. The flavours were delicious and the cake a very generous size for all of our guest, with plenty left over for us to take home. I can’t recommend Pippa enough, lovely lady who will only enhance your whole wedding planning experience with her friendly and helpful manner and her incredible talent to produce a beautiful cake.

We contacted Pippa to make our wedding cake after she was recommended to us by a friend. Right from the first E-Mail contact Pippa was very friendly and happy to listen to all our ideas and requests. She quickly set up a meeting at our home with sample cupcakes for us to try. (Which were delicious) As we were having a Harry Potter themed wedding we had very specific ideas of what we needed. Pippa was not only very open to all these ideas but was genuinely excited about making it which made us feel very comfortable and special. Pippa also kept in touch with us in the run up to the day so we didn’t have to worry about anything and also delivered and set up the cake on the day at the venue. The cake itself was just as we had hoped for and tasted amazing. The intricate detail on the flowers and text around the cake were fantastic and commented on all day. We have had to keep the flowers as a memento. We would highly recommend Pippa to anyone needing a cake for a special occasion or just cupcakes for the weekend!

Pippa - the best person who can make your dream cake come to life but 100 times better than you ever imagined! We were lucky enough to find Pippa available for our wedding date. From the first time we met with her to on the day, she was absolutely amazing. She created a cake not only in our colour scheme but also matching my wedding dress! The flower details were absolutely beautiful as well. The flavours of her cake were so good and she has a wonderful choice to select from. Honestly cannot recommend her enough. Pippa was amazing! She was able to sketch a design that was exactly how we envisioned and incorporated Australian flowers into the design to give a nod to our Aussie background. This was a major highlight for us as the flowers are edible - many people thought they were fresh flowers! We were so happy with the finished result and all our guests commented on how delicious the cake was. Would recommend to anyone :)

We met Pippa briefly at the Dundee Wedding Fayre while looking for inspo. We didn’t have a date, venue or anything else in mind when we visited, but after seeing her cakes on display and looking through her socials, we knew we had to try and book her as soon as we had our wedding date secured. Thankfully, Pippa was available for our date at Forgan’s and we got planning!
We ordered a taster box in advance of our cake design consultation and when I say it was a challenge to pick our favourites, I mean it! Every sample was delicious and it meant there was going to be no “wrong decision” for us. We settled on Vanilla, Red Velvet and Lemon Drizzle - our guests were not disappointed! So many compliments!

The cake itself though. Stunning. No other words to describe it. My husband and I went for a 3-tiered cake with white and dark green icing, a patterned bottom tier and some (very, very) realistic sugar flowers. I had asked Pippa to make freesias as they are my grandparents favourite flower and whilst Pippa had never made them before she was 100% up for the challenge and proceeded to practice and practice so that they were perfect for us. I was amazed at how realistic Pippa could make the sugar flowers, they looked so delicate.

We loved that Pippa was so knowledgeable about all things wedding cake. She recommended the cake size perfectly based on guest numbers, advised against a “naked cake” in the height of summer (thank goodness we took her advice!) and was totally up for the new flower challenge.

I would highly recommend Pippa. She is super friendly, very skilled and passionate about cake design. You will not be disappointed!​

We chose Pippa to make our cake for our wedding reception after we married in Santorini, Greece. Pippa came up with some wonderful ideas of how to make our cake and cupcakes resemble the white and blue buildings from Santorini and she also gave us advice on cake flavours. The cake was so much more than we could have ever imagined and we got so many comments from our guests about how beautiful it looked and also how good it tasted. The cake was indeed delicious and we were so glad we had some left to take home and enjoy. Would definitely recommend Pippa to anyone and hope to use her again for other celebration cakes.

We picked Pippa to make out wedding cake for July 2022 and I wanted a specific design with a clear Perspex tier. The whole design process was so exciting and involved and the results were outstanding.
The reason we picked Pippa was due to her unique design of sugar flowers and sleek look of her cakes, they have such a wow factor to look at and the tasting boxes really confirmed our choice as they taste as good as the look! We also ordered cake pops for our flower girls and some pregnant guests to replace alcohol favours and they were the nicest touch.

Huge thank you to you Philippa, our cake was amazing! We went for raspberry and white chocolate, red velvet and sticky toffee with a butterscotch icing. Everyone admired our cake and told us how amazing it tasted too, thankfully I got some on the day. After two years our idea of what we wanted for a cake design had changed quite a lot but your reassured us that it was no problem. It was amazing seeing our design come together on paper, and in real life it was better that I could have even imagined. The attention to detail was absolutely spot on, it was perfect! We chose Pippa to make our wedding cake after seeing her beautiful work on her website and social media. After seeing many different designs that we loved, we finally came to a design that we thought was perfect for our spring wedding. Our cake was a 3 tier with 3 different flavours, with two pink sugar Gerberas to match my bouquet, daffodil and rose moulds, cherry blossom and grass which was perfectly drawn on and so much attention to detail was given.

Pippa includes delivery and set up of the cake, which was excellent as we were able to get ready without a worry! Even my photographer came over to me whilst I was having my make up done saying how great the cake looked.
Communication was excellent during the planning of our wedding, any question I had no matter how small seemed to be no trouble for Pippa, which really helped as planning a wedding can be stressful.
We were absolutely delighted with our wedding cake, and we're getting many compliments from our guests. It really exceeded our expectations, as this was such a detailed design. We cannot thank Pippa enough for creating such a beautiful cake for our wedding day.

I just wanted to give you a wee message to say just how amazing you are! Our cake was spectacular and admired by everyone. You are a true artist and when we set you the challenge of the sunflowers not only did you rise to the challenge you smashed it. Our guests couldn’t believe they were sugar. Not only did the cake look amazing it tasted phenomenal! The carrot cake is to die for! The only downside was that our guests loved it so much there wasn’t much left for us to have for breakfast the next day.

Pippa designed our amazing cake for our wedding in April. We couldn’t wait to see the cake and was the part we were most excited about. Our cake was amazing and we cannot thank Pippa enough, it was exactly what we wanted and tasted amazing. The flowers made by Pippa on the cake looked exactly like the flowers in my bouquet.
Pippa was the first supplier that we confirmed for our wedding, we knew that we wanted Pippa to be our cake designer as soon as we saw her photos. We got so many compliments on our cake during the day and after when friends and family saw our photos.
Pippa sent us initial ideas and drawings via email and closer to the time we went to her home cake design studio to refine our design and to discuss flavours. It was great to meet Pippa in person and see our design drawings in person. We also loved our cake sample box, it was such a nice experience deciding on flavours, this was a difficult task as they were all so good. Overall our experience was at lovely and seeing our cake on the day was amazing!

I am a hobby baker so I was extra picky when it came ot choosing someone to make our wedding cake. It’s clear from Pippa’s website and social media that she takes great care with attention to detail and her sugar flowers and foliage are incredible! This is what sold me and after exchanging emails I knew Pippa was the baker for us. To anyone thinking of booking Pippa, go for it! Reach out and have a chat with her as she is full of useful information and ideas. Although I was fairly sure I knew what design I wanted she had such good ideas and together we created the perfect cake. Pippa was so friendly and helpful right from the start, but I have to say my favourite part was the cake, it was delicious and there was hardly any left!
