WHERE IS PHILIPPA ROSE CAKE DESIGN BASED?

Philippa Rose Cake Design is based in Monifieth near Dundee. 

 

CAN YOU DELIVER MY WEDDING CAKE?

​

Absolutely.  Cakes and cupcakes for your wedding can be delivered and the fee will depend on the distance travelled and will vary for each venue.  You need to be able to enjoy your day getting ready so let me deal with the delivery. You are of course welcome to collect your own wedding cake and I recommend you transport it in the boot of your car on an anti-slip mat. No responsibility will be taken by Philippa Rose Cake Design if your cake doesn't make it to the venue safely.

WILL YOU SET UP OUR WEDDING CAKE?

Yes! I recommend this as you can then relax in the knowledge that I will set it up properly and get it to the venue safely, leaving you to enjoy your special day.

CONSULTATION SERVICE

In order to create the perfect wedding cake for your day I arrange a consultation where we can discuss your theme and ideas and you will receive a cake samples box. The sample box is £20 and this is deducted from the total cost of your cake if you decide to book. If you have a budget in mind, please let me know at the start of the consultation. The consultation is for two people only.

 

IS THERE AN ADVANCE BOOKING FEE?

Yes. When ordering your wedding cake I ask for a non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee of £100. This is to ensure that I can start working on your decorations in time. This also secures the order so that the hours are kept free for making your decorations and the day of delivery is reserved. The booking fee is deducted from the final bill, so you do not have to pay any extra. The final payment is due eight weeks before the event and amendments can be made up until this date. The order will need to be paid in full before the cakes are made and delivered.

CAN I CHANGE MY CAKE DESIGN?

You can make any changes up to 6 weeks before your wedding. After this date no changes can be made.
